Consumer Guarantees

Mandatory Consumer Guarantee Statement: Our services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For major failures with the service, you are entitled to cancel your service contract and obtain a refund for the unused portion of the contract; or to obtain a discount for the reduced value of services provided. You are also entitled to choose a refund or replacement for major failures with goods. If a failure with the goods or a service does not amount to a major failure, you are entitled to have the failure rectified in a reasonable time. If this is not done you are entitled to a refund for the goods and to cancel the contract for the service and obtain a refund of any unused portion. You are also entitled to be compensated for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage from a failure in the goods or service.

• Fit for the specific purpose you've told us about

• At a price that represents fair value

Your Rights

Under Australian Consumer Law, you have the right to:

• Receive services that meet consumer guarantees

Our Remedies Policy

If our services don't meet consumer guarantees, we will:

• Provide appropriate remedies including additional sessions, partial refunds, or service modifications

• Honour refund policies outlined in individual service agreements

Booking and Payment Terms

Service Bookings

• All coaching sessions and workshops must be booked in advance

• Booking confirmations will be sent via email

• Session details including time, date, and access information will be provided

• Changes to bookings require at least 48 hours notice

Payment Terms

• Coaching programs: Payment due before commencement or as per agreed payment plan

• Workshops: Payment due upon registration or as specified

• Speaking engagements: Payment terms as outlined in separate agreements

• Consultation services: Payment due within 14 days of invoice

Accepted Payment Methods

• Bank transfer (EFT)

• Credit card payments (via secure payment processor)

• PayPal (where available)

• Other methods as agreed in writing

Late Payment

• Late payment fees may apply for overdue invoices (as specified in service agreements)

• Services may be suspended for significantly overdue payments

• Payment plans are available for eligible clients

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Session Cancellations

48+ hours notice: Full credit or reschedule available

24-48 hours notice: 50% fee applies

Less than 24 hours: Full session fee applies

Emergency circumstances: Considered on a case-by-case basis

Program Cancellations

Before commencement: Full refund minus administrative fee (if applicable)

Within first week: Pro-rated refund for unused sessions

After first week: Refund calculated based on unused sessions and program terms

Completed sessions: Non-refundable

Workshop Cancellations

7+ days before: Full refund available

3-7 days before: 50% refund or credit towards future workshop

Less than 3 days: No refund, but credit may be available for exceptional circumstances

Workshop cancellation by us: Full refund or alternative workshop offered

Refund Processing

• Refunds processed within 14 business days of approval

• Refunds made to original payment method where possible

• Administrative fees may apply as outlined in individual service agreements
